Chad grew up working with his father’s tools in his basement, starting his passion for Building Construction. Always curious he enjoyed taking things apart and putting them back together just to learn how they work. Little did he know this trait would become very useful in his building career.

Chad received his first skill saw at thirteen years old. Then in high school, he took building construction which introduced him to homebuilding. Later while in college, he started finishing basements and building decks. By the early 2000s, Chad had become a professional builder for the largest privately-held home builder in the southeast U.S.

Now in 2022 with 25 years of Building Construction Chad shares his knowledge and imagination with the customers of Exterior Makeovers LLC. Chad loves to design and build truly unique projects for each customer’s wants.

Chad is a loving husband/father who loves to be with his family and vacation at the beach and also cheers on the GA Bulldogs!
