Each municipality has its own set of rules and regulations. There are also state and federal codes that we need to adhere to.
We get a list of items needing attention and fix the issue and call for re-inspection.
This is a tricky question and a lot of factors need to be considered before we would agree to give a definitive answer.
Generally speaking, we do not take on small projects if they are only minor wear and tear fixes or patches.
I would refer to the ‘What to Expect’ section for a detailed answer. Keep in mind, we are not a “hurry up” builder. Quality is always our goal.
If you have it: a plat of your property. If the project is an addition or new construction, a new foundation survey is highly advisable.
If the client asks for extra work, upgrades, etc. and the additions are not within the scope of the initial agreement, a second consultation may be necessary to establish what needs to be amended on the contract and a new invoice would be issued.
